Start the day with breakfast.

People say this is the most important meal of the day. They are correct. Breakfast gives you energy so you can think through the day. It helps you stay active, especially at school or work. Don’t overeat in breakfast just eat something simple like cereal. It’s okay to eat other things in breakfast, but like I said, don’t overeat.

Don’t overeat

If one hamburger fills you up, don’t eat a second one. If you are full, don’t try to fit in other foods, know your limits.

Do not eat late

Do not eat late at night when you are about to go to sleep. The reason is that the food you eat will not be used for energy because you do not need energy to sleep. Therefor that energy gets stored as fat while you sleep.

Water

Drink plenty of water! Water helps by removing material and unneeded wastes from your body. Whenever you can, try substituting drinks to water.

Foods aren’t good or bad

Some foods may have more fat, protein, sugar, cholesterol or salt while others may have more vitamins, minerals or fiber. What makes a diet good or bad is how the foods balance each other out.

Get Active!

You don’t have to exercise 24/7 but it’s healthy to at least walk/run/jog for 20-30 minutes each day. You can walk to a friend’s house or a family member’s house. You can also go outside and play some fun sports you enjoy.

Organic Foods

It's always healthier to eat organic foods because it doesn't have any harmful ingredients that producers put in them. Regular meat has way more fat than organic meat, be aware, organic food isn't cheap.

Snack Smart

Snacks are a great way to re energize. Whenever you feel like you want to have a small snack, you can eat fruits, yogurts or other healthy foods. It is not healthy to snack on a bag of chips or soda.

Balance your foods

You don't have to give up foods like pizza, pasta and chips to eat healthy. You just have to be careful about how often and how much of them you eat. Your body needs nutrients like carbohydrates, protein, fat and many different vitamins and minerals such as vitamins A and C, calcium and iron from healthy foods.

Eat more healthy foods – fruits vegetables

Fruits do not have any fat in them so you can eat without being worried. They give you carbohydrates for energy, plus vitamins, minerals and fiber. So start eating them!



Remember there is no secrets to losing weight or some magic pill that will get rid of it, you have to work for it. The only thing that can help you lose weight is surgery, but that's unhealthy and expensive. I don't recommend it.
