Losing Weight Basics

You should exercise with a friend or a group of friends. You can help each other out on exercises, challenge each other, motivate each other or make a game out of your exercise programs. Also, try something different, go try other sports. Find a sport that you like, for example, golfing, basketball or just make up your own game! Another fun activity you can do it bike to a neighbors house, or just bike around your neighborhood block.


Stretch - Stretch your muscles before sports or workouts. You don't want to get a cramp.

Exercise daily – It is recommended you exercise 20-30 minutes daily. You can do anything from walking to a friends house or playing sports enjoy.

Eat healthy foods – Eat foods like fruits and vegetables. I’m not saying to eat fruits and vegetables only, but you can at least put it in your meal.
